When I first started doing web development around 1995, I immediately saw how simple it was to take what I'd learned building desktop applications in Visual Basic and using ASP (now sometimes called ASP Classic) to develop robust web-based applications. It's what I've dedicated myself to ever since. Now, the work I'm doing is all in PHP/MySQL, Joomla! CMS, WordPress, and Adobe Flex.
